Football doesn’t tire us, that’s for sure. And after another week of effort, study and training, it was time to rest and recharge the batteries, so the boys enjoyed a new weekend activity.

If recently they went to see FC Barcelona at the Estadi Olimpic de Montjuic, now it was their turn to enjoy the youth category. A pleasant match that ended with a victory for the blaugranas.

Enjoying the weekly break at Kaptiva Sports Academy

Accompanied by our tutors, about whom we have already spoken in another post, they went last Saturday to the Joan Gamper sports city. Located in the Barcelona town of San Juan Despí, they enjoyed the match at 12 noon.

Our boys lived the match with emotion, living their deserved rest after the week. The constant training and their study program keeps them quite busy on weekdays. That’s why weekend activities are so important.

These excursions help to get some fresh air, get out of the residence and see a bit of the capital or the surrounding area. It is also the perfect opportunity to see how other teams play and develop their football. Every opportunity is a good opportunity to learn.

Another victory for Barcelona

As we said in the previous excursion, the result of the matches is the least important thing. However, since the boys went to see it and came back happier than ever, it deserves a mention.

The match took place in the youth A category. Specifically, between Barcelona and Girona. Although it was a hard-fought match, the victory was comfortable with a 3-1 victory in favour of the ‘azulgranas’.

In addition, the weather was quite respectful of the day. Although all the forecasts predicted torrential rain, it turned out to be a little cool. It is clear that destiny wanted the kids and tutors to enjoy their Saturday.

The advantages of Kaptiva Sports Academy

the advantages of Kaptiva Sports Academy

Recharging your batteries is very important not only to perform better physically, but also mentally. In life you have to have a balance between work and rest, without abusing one or the other.

At Kaptiva Sports Academy we believe in that balance and although we are demanding in our training, we also value when the kids have earned a break. And sometimes that break comes in the form of a new weekend activity such as this match or the previous one.

Subsequently, new excursions and activities will take place. So, we invite you to keep an eye on our blog to keep an eye on what our boys are up to.
