Every month KSA is celebrating, and March was to be no different. March KSA Cards Ranking winners have been announced and, as such, have received their well-deserved awards. But they were not the only ones.
As a reminder, the KSA Cards assess different skills of the boys in residence. They have to do with their coexistence, the cleanliness of their room, etc. In this way, they are motivated to promote respect for each other and their environment.
6 players receive the award
March has been a good month all round. The boys have paid special attention to all those areas that are evaluated in the KSA Cards. Therefore, although there have been 3 fair winners, the award has been extended to three other players.
The top 3 for the month were Lamine, Andrew and Caden. In the following positions were Munachi, Bacary and Matias. In KSA we have decided, due to the motivation and effort of the guys, to give the same prize to all 6. It was a very difficult decision to make this month.
What is it about? They are tickets to go to see the women’s derby: Barcelona vs Real Madrid. The date will be next Sunday 23rd March at 12:00 am at the Estadi Olimpic Lluís Companys.
The important thing is not the goal, but the journey
The aim of this initiative is, above all, for the children to learn that there are more important things than football. In the residence they are living a unique experience, but beyond the fun and excursions, it is important to learn to live together.
Respecting the common environment and taking care of one’s own says a lot about a person. Sometimes, some people are neat because of their personality, but others have to develop those skills. At Kaptiva Sports Academy we help each other to improve, so that as children grow up, they keep these good habits.
