If you read our previous post about the March KSA Cards Ranking, you could see that six boys took the prize. The boys enjoyed the women’s classic at the Estadi Olimpic Lluís Companys last Sunday, March 23.
The bluegranas lost, but the most important thing was to go together on another weekend outing. On this occasion, only those who were rewarded with the KSA Cards method were able to motivate the rest to take care of and respect their environment.
Real Madrid Women’s historic victory
The day began with a spectacular light, and everything pointed to a pleasant weather. However, it ended up raining and even hailing. Undoubtedly, this month is not giving much room for good weather. As you surely know, in Spain we have been suffering a few days in a row of rain that in some cases become torrential and affect the countryside and houses.
But, focusing on the match, which took place at 12 noon, the result was 1-3 in favor of Real Madrid. As a curiosity, it is the first time in history that Real Madrid beat Barcelona in women’s football. There was no lack of controversy, as there was a goal disallowed to Barça for an alleged offside, but the victory was fair and beautiful.
The match was attended by 5 of the 6 boys, as Caden finally did not attend. Bacary, Munachi, Leo H, Lamine and Andrew did not want to miss their well deserved reward and did not shy away from the event despite the weather.
The goal of KSA Cards Ranking
For the kids, it’s fun to get a reward of that caliber for being at the top of the KSA Cards Ranking. However, the main goal is not for them to understand the process as an end to get something, but as a way of life.
At Kaptiva Sports Academy we make sure that there is empathy among all the kids in the residence. For this, it is essential to take care of their own and the common space, and to understand other aspects that are evaluated such as punctuality, behavior, healthy habits or academic responsibility.
Each month, it is the tutors who determine each child’s score, as fairly as possible. And they are made to understand the objective of the dynamic. The rewards are a motivation, but not the goal. Still, the kids enjoyed the women’s classic, and that’s always a good thing.
