The MIC is over, and it’s time to say goodbye to one of the most important and beautiful tournaments of the year. But what happened to our KSA boys? Below, we detail the results and main events in this summary of the MIC 2025.
First and foremost, we would like to congratulate our teams for the titanic task they have accomplished. We are tremendously proud of their performance, effort and commitment.
All KSA teams advanced to the gold phase
One of the great feats of Kaptiva Sports Academy is that all four of its teams made it to the gold phase for the first time. After an incredible group stage, all of our teams made it through.
However, they did not manage to win the trophy in any category. This is the list of MIC 2025 winners:
U19 – UE Figueres
U18 – UE Quart
U16 – Atlético de Madrid
U15 – Atlético de Madrid
U14 – Atlético de Madrid
U13 – Valencia CF
U12A – Sevilla FC
U12B – RCD Espanyol
F16 – Olympique Lyonnais
As you can see, Atlético de Madrid had a great tournament winning in three categories. On the MIC website you can see all the results of this and other years, as well as the results of all the matches.

Great results for great teams. Kaptiva Sports Academy did their best and put up a good fight. In fact, against Betis we went to penalties! Without a doubt, the boys and coaches can be happy with the tournament they had.
In addition, they were able to enjoy the beach and to be spectators of as many MIC matches.
Aim of the tournaments in KSA
As we have told you in previous posts, for KSA the main objective of the tournaments is not to win a trophy. It’s about having a beautiful, unique and unforgettable experience with the kids and for them to learn how to cope in other environments.
Facing events of this kind tests their nerves, their relationship with their teammates, what they have learnt from the coaches, etc. It is therefore about individual and collective development.
At the moment, we can say that in KSA these experiences are positive for them regardless of the result. Of course, winning is always an added bonus, but there are several determining factors (talent, effort, luck, injuries, etc.).
That was the summary of MIC 2025. Now, the boys can rest, reflect, prepare and train for the next events.
