We continue to announce news, in this case for KSA Global Stage. After participating in tournaments such as the Surf Cup 2025 and FIT 2026, another event is coming up in June to the delight of all players. KSA Global Stage will be attending the Costa Girona Cup!
We are proud to announce this news and confirm that registration is now open. We are adding to the experiences we offer boys and girls, in addition to all those we offer in Europe with Kaptiva Sports and the year spent at Kaptiva Sports Academy.
Details of the Costa Girona Cup
Firstly, this tournament takes place on the Costa Brava, in northeastern Spain. KSA Global Stage players will have a few days prior to the tournament to train and get to know each other. This will also be useful for the coaches, as they will be responsible for promoting teamwork and trying out different playing styles.
The Costa Girona Cup, organized by Girona FC, will take place from June 26 to 29, 2026. However, at Kaptiva we like to add those extra days we mentioned for training. Therefore, our trip will be from June 21 to 29, 2026. Families and players will stay in a four-star hotel.
KSA Global Stage will bring a total of five teams: three from F7 (U10, U11, U12) and two from F11 (U13, U14). Teams such as Barcelona, Real Madrid, Girona, and Atlético de Madrid make the list of participating teams impressive and add a lot of quality to the tournament.
Schedule for the experience
A total of nine days will fill the agenda for this new and unique experience for Kaptiva Sports. On the first day, players will arrive with their families and a welcome meeting will be held at the hotel. During this meeting, Kaptiva staff will explain the dynamics and how to work and organize themselves for the days ahead.
Over the next three days, training sessions are organized for the players, along with extra activities for their relatives. On the second day, there is a stadium tour for the whole family in the afternoon. On the 5th, there is also a training session in the morning, but in the afternoon the tournament will begin.
The following three days, which are also the last days of the trip, will be devoted to the tournament. In addition, the organizers guarantee that all teams will play at least four matches, so we’ll see how far our teams can advance. The last afternoon will be devoted to free time.
On the last day, transfers to the airport will take place and all families will return home.
