Training has already begun! That’s how the first training of the season at KSA went. Players took the opportunity to get to know the pitch, their teammates, and the coaches. This marks the start of the 2025/26 season, which promises many good things for Kaptiva Sports Academy and its players.

On the morning of the first days of September, the academy welcomed the boys to learn the first concepts of the Kaptiva methodology. Earlier this week, we told you how the staff welcomed the families. Now let’s see how the boys have started living together and training.

Kaptiva Sports Academy begins training

Coaches Gabri, Iván, Kevin… our entire field staff has been in charge of the boys’ first contact with the ball. The veterans, after a summer of holidays and rest, had to get back into gear, and the newcomers had to familiarise themselves with how Kaptiva works.

Training sessions have been smooth, accompanied by the good weather we are enjoying these days in the province of Barcelona. Everything helps these boys feel welcome in what will be their home for a year. Little by little, they will become familiar with KSA routines and studying at school after training.

No doubt they will be eager to work hard to be as prepared as possible for the upcoming tournaments. These are unmissable events where Kaptiva Sports Academy demonstrates its potential against very high-level teams. We wish all the KSA teams the best of luck!

Life at the KSA residence returns this season

Life at the KSA residence returns this season

And with football, life at the residence also returns. Tutors and psychologists make everyday life a little easier. Pau, Jordi, Joel, Edu… they all help and promote a coexistence based on respect, empathy and care for individual and shared environments.

You already read in our last post about the new dynamics that will be implemented in the residence, such as those we have been developing this past season (KSA Cards Ranking). This year, teams will be formed that will be responsible for these aspects throughout the year. At the end of the year, the team with the highest score will receive a prize.

It is essential for Kaptiva Sports Academy that all players feel at home, safe, respected and listened to by both their teammates and the staff. That is why we strive to encourage attitudes whose values are based on the culture of Kaptiva Sports.

That was the first training of the season at KSA. From here on, we wish all the players a harmonious relationship and a great season.
