Kaptiva Sports Academy Barcelona Summer Camp is a two-week football program aimed at players ages 11 to 18 looking to improve their football through intensive training, cultural enrichment, and creating friendships in an international environment. KSA is a renowned football academy providing annual residential programs in Barcelona, Spain to talented players from around the world.
Our amazing KSA football camp in Barcelona has very limited spots, and is oriented to young players who want to have a great summer experience abroad while improving their soccer skills. They will experience real game situations, intensive training but also will enjoy their free time with some great activities specially designed to create the best summer camp in 2022. THE BEST FOOTBALL SUMMER CAMP
POSITION TRAINING : “Developing your talent”
The best summer camp in Spain engages in a rigorous position training based on the model created by our football technical director. This football model is centered on teaching you position-specific needs that would help you develop your talent.
Summarily, our position-training model is to foster ‘teamwork,’ make you innovative in your position, building flows with other positions on the field of play, and ultimately to keep evolving your game, to help you get to the next level.
TEAM TRAINING: “Together stronger”
You will learn about the essence of teamwork with respect to the football game. You will learn how to be selfless with your passes, your dribbles, your tackles. Always aiming towards your football development while spending two amazing weeks in Spain.
Our football methodology exposes you to develop your tactical skills with the most advanced football drills. You will learn about to the game’s general knowledge, foundational movements with a team, foot skills, how to pass and receive from teammates in their respective positions, and more.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: At our football camp, we will provide you:
-A Sense of Adventure: You are given the opportunity to meet with top coaches, instructors, expert players, and guides that will teach you a lot about the game. It will be about fun and learning to be a master at the game. Our football camp in Barcelona is the best way to improve your game.
-Development as A Player: You will learn sportsmanship on a different level. You will learn the evolvement of the game from other people. This will help you to develop individually as a young player but also will allow you to grow personally.
-Sociable: It’s about learning how to fit in into new places, which is part of what the game requires. Social skills form an integral part of the game. This summer camp experience will teach you how to interact with people of different cultures and how to have respect for one another.
-Friends: Social skills are essential for teamwork. The ability to interact with other players from different corners of the world will make you grow and become a great team player. It is a well-known fact that players from different parts of the world meet and become lifelong buddies in the process.
ACTIVITIES
You will get the chance to enjoy excursions away from the football camp. This is the best way to get to know some of the most important and interesting cultural sights that Barcelona has to offer. Spending time outside the field will create a bonding experience with your teammates.
During the weekends, two further outings will be organized outside the football camp facilities and of course, no summer camp in Barcelona would be complete without a trip to the Camp Nou Stadium and Barça’s football museum. There, you will get to know all about the history and many successes of FC Barcelona.
RESIDENCE
Our residence offers High-quality double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and Wi-Fi. 24/7 supervision and common spaces to relax with your friends. Cleaning services are included and towels, sheets, and pillows changed regularly.
You will be spending two amazing weeks in a healthy, safe, sporting environment, enabling you to practice your favorite sport. Perfect surroundings in Sant Cugat and running routes near the residence. Beaches and Barcelona city center only 20 minutes away!

Unfortunately Yannick tore his cruciate ligament early in the season, and we thought that that was the end of his Kaptiva adventure. Thanks to the tremendous effort of the staff, he had surgery by the best team he could get (the surgeons of FC Barcelona, thanks to Figi) and was coached throughout most of his revalidation, until Corona forced him to go home. We have seen Yannick grow as a person, become mentally stronger.
